A sports performance-focused treatment, intended for athletes of any caliber. Based in sports massage, Swedish deep tissue, and medical massage, this service optimizes performance, assists in sports injury recovery, and enhances post-work out recovery. Available in 30, 60, or 90 minute durations.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a gentle treatment intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, and assist the treatment of general and post-operative lymphedema, as well as local or global inflammation. This service is only provided by Shawn Knutzen at this time, and available in 60 or 90 minute durations.
